HELPFUL HINTS & GUIDLINES FOR GROUP OUTINGS

  • Groups must consist of 25 or more people to receive free admission.

  • A signed contract is required to book a specific date, and the group must provide the Director of Group Sales a final head count and menus (if ordering from set menu) no less than one week prior to arrival date.

  • Groups may pre-order a meal for all from the restaurant menu in advance. Payment must be made the night of your event unless your group consists of 50 or more people.

  • Group reservations can be made Wednesday through Saturday in the Clubhouse and Wednesday through Saturday at the Trackside Patio, or by calling 614-491-2784.

  • Space is limited so please make reservations early. Specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

  • Dress, semi-dress or casual apparel is permitted in the Clubhouse and Patio restaurants. No short shorts, cut-off shorts or tee- shirts with holes are allowed.

  • Groups arriving by bus, including vans with names, are permitted to park for free.
