INClub Questions

Q: What is an INClub card?
A: The INClub card is a guest loyalty card. Players use it to track their daily average play in order to receive discounts, offers & participate in promotions. The more you play, the more you are rewarded.

Q: Do I have to be an INClub member to participate in promotions?
A: Yes. According to company policy and governing commissions, you must be an INClub member to participate.

Q: What is the tier evaluation period?
A: Tier evaluation periods are January 1 – June 30 and July 1 – December 31 each year. INClub members have six (6) months to earn tier points to either (a) remain in their current tier status or (b) increase their tier status.

Q: What happens to my base points after the tier evaluation period?
A: While you do start building new tier points in the new evaluation period, previous points earned remain on your account for redemption.

Q: Do my INClub points expire?
A: INClub points are redeemable for six (6) months. They will only expire if there is inactivity on an INClub account for six (6) months.

Q: How do I earn monthly Free Play offers?
A: Monthly offers are based on INClub members play in a 90 day history. Each member may receive different offers based on the category he/she has qualified for. Free Play & Dining Offers may change from month to month based on the member’s history of play.

Q: Who do I contact if I have a question about my INClub account or monthly offers?
A: You may visit Guest Services at Scioto Downs, contact your gaming Host or call the Customer Service Center at 877-6 SCIOTO (72-4686). For player account protection, we cannot look up account information via email or Facebook/Twitter requests.

Q: What do I do if my INClub card doesn’t work?
A: Make sure the light around the card in the machine is green to signify that you have inserted it correctly. If there is still an issue you can turn on your service light and a VLT Attendant will be around to help you OR you can take your card to the Guest Services Counter for assistance.

Q: What do I do if it says my account is locked?
A: Even with your account locked, you are still receiving your points for playing. Locked accounts occur after three (3) failed PIN number attempts. Your PIN number will need to be reset. You can either turn on your service light for a VLT Attendant OR you can take your card to Guest Services for help.

Q: How do I turn the service lights off/on?
A: Simply press the service light button on your machine.

Q: What is a service light used for?
A: Your service light is for any type of help you many need: if you need change, have a problem cashing out, INClub card help or have any type of questions about your gaming experience.

Q: Is it OK to tip my VLT Attendant?
A: Yes, it is. Our VLT Attendants, just like your valet, servers and bartenders, all work within the service industry.  Though you are not required to, it is still deemed a courtesy for exceptional service or when a jackpot is won.

Q: Do I have to leave my INClub card in during game play?
A: Yes, you need to leave your INClub card in the VLT during your game play for points to be awarded to your account.

Q: Will my Free Play transfer with my INClub card if I download the whole amount onto a machine?
A: No. Your Free Play will not transfer back to your card once downloaded to a VLT machine. You will have the option to download your Free Play in increments of $5 at a time. Keep in mind that whatever amount you download stays on that machine until the credits are used. Any balance of the Free Play remaining on your card (not-downloaded to a VLT) will stay on your INClub card to be used until expiration – typically seven (7) says from receipt, unless otherwise stated.

Q: Where do I find pay lines?
A: All pay lines can be found on the VLT machine either on the main screen or by pressing the “Game Rules” button on the screen.

Q: Is it appropriate to play more than one game?
A: With the exception of holidays and very high volume days, yes, guests can play more than one (1) game at a time.

Q: Is it OK to tip my chair to save my game?
A:  No. Due to safety hazards, chairs should not be tipped forward to save games.

Q: Is it OK to ask a server or VLT Attendant to hold a game for me?
A: For short periods of time, such as a bathroom break, and only when time and business volumes allow for a server or VLT Attendant to assist you.
